Members are highly sought after at the moment, so even those just slightly interested are encouraged to give FPFRT a try. Fill out the form below and we'll contact you as soon as possible. You must be either 18+ or 16+ with parental consent, which will be proven through direct communication with parents/guardians. Minors who are emancipated are exempt from this, but if found lying will be given a suspension until parents/guardians can be contacted. Please use your legal name when filling out the form. If you go by a different name and don't wish to be referred to by your legal name, make sure you say that in the Additional Comments section. We recommend that you write at least a paragraph about yourself in the Additional Comments section alongside social media handles or personal websites you run so that we can get an idea of you as a person. It isn't a requirement but it does increase the chance your application gets accepted. It is not required to share your street address and that can be marked "Prefer Not To Share" if you wish to keep that private.
After you submit your application, it may be a few days until you hear anything back. You will be emailed by someone from the management team who will say whether your application was accepted or denied or will ask additional questions about your application if needed. All information shared through email will be kept confidential. You will also be forwarded a PDF copy of your application. If you do not hear anything back after two weeks, send in another application
If you are a minor you will then need to organize with your legal guardian(s) and have them fill out and sign a form that shows they consent to you joining the Fellowship and gives them first say when it comes to the matter of your membership status. The form will need to be emailed to the fellowship's email address by one guardian with "Consent form" plus the applicant's name as the subject line. They will also need to organize to call someone in management to verbally confirm their consent. If one guardian consents but another does not, the application will be automatically denied. There must be unanimous agreement between all parties for an application to go through. If this happens, another application can still be sent in the future. Minors who are emancipated will need to send over proof of their emancipation in the form of a copy of their Declaration of Emancipation. This will be kept in records and if lost you may be sent an email asking that you provide it again.
Upon acceptance, you will be assigned to a local chapter under a minister. If there are no pre-existing members in your area, you will be assigned to Alethios Raymond for the foreseeable future. Currently there is two chapters, one in Santa Clara County, California with main operations in Palo Alto, and one in Billings, Montana. Your chapter and the contact details of your minister will be shared within your acceptance email. You are not bound to one chapter and if you move locations can switch to the nearest chapter. You will be referred to as a "unitum anima mea" or Minerval until you decide to go deeper into the fellowship. This essentially makes you an honored guest as opposed to an official member and you are able to participate freely. You can stay a Minerval for as long or as little as you like and rescind your membership whenever you choose. When you are ready to become a full member, contact the minister of your chapter to discuss your membership. Unlike initiatory traditions there are no official initiations or ceremonies though ministers may have their own informal ceremonies.
Past becoming a full member there are no higher positions besides Minister, though you can always apply to have various logistical roles including membership management, organizing gatherings, planning charity events, advertising the fellowship, and many more. At the time there is no need for new people in these positions but you can always reach out to your minister to see if there's any open positions. For security reasons, some roles such as membership management can only be applied to by those who have been part of the fellowship as full members for at least a year unless directly overridden by Alethios Raymond.
*Minors must use their legal name in order to make it easier to confirm that we have really do have permission to accept their membership. If a minor's surname name doesn't match with their guardian's that does not affect their chances of being accepted.
All personal information you fill out will remain private and is kept securely via Jotform. The only people who will ever have access to personal information is those authorized to manage membership.
